About our CSA

Our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program is the easiest way to get homegrown food for your family. Our hybrid model has no longterm committments, no large upfront payment, and has flexible bundle sizes and order frequencies. Skip a week, change your bundle size, or cancel anytime.

Best of all, you get to pick what you recieve!

Here's How it works:

  1. At sign-up, pick your bundle size. Every bundle includes a bag of our famous heirloom salad mix, and then 4, 7 or 11 items of your choice. You can also choose to get eggs with every delivery.
  2. Pick your order frequency: weekly or biweekly. Don't worry, you can always skip an order if you need to!
  3. Once signed up, you will be charged automatically on Friday before your next delivery. This makes it easy to remember, and helps our farm budget and plan for harvest.
  4. Each week, you'll get a text message reminder to log in and shop for your items from a rotating selection of seasonal items, our regular items, and other premium items from Moon Farm and Partnering Vendors.
  5. Meet up with us during our pick-up window to get your fresh bag! Current tentative schedule for Akron-area pickup will be Thursdays from 4:30-6:30pm. Location TBD.

About Moon Farm:

Moon Farm is a sustainable farm located in south-eastern Portage County. We are a biodynamic, chemical and spray FREE operation. The core of the farm is our aquaponic greenhouse, which utilizes the symbiotic relationship between fish and plants to grow delicious produce year-round. In the warmer months, we grow all of the traditional market garden favourites in traditional rows. We do NOT use sprays, chemicals, or fertilizers out of a bottle. We grow food for families that care.
